From the moment that we arrived at Hacienda del Mar we were treated as special guests.  Ernesto our chef, and Manuel our houseman were fabulous.  Even in preparation for Sunday their day off they prepared Breakfast Burritos for us in advance.  We arrived on the eve of Independence Day and went into town to experience the Mexican Heritage, which was awesome.  The next day was a beach day for us, the walk down the hill was not too difficult and we loved the warm water, looking for shells and just chilling.  Dinner was Ernesto’s specialty Filet Mignon and Lobster with Shrimp.  Saturday Manuel arranged a boat for snorkeling and sightseeing.  We spent the majority of the day out on the water.  Loved Los Arco and the fish we saw were just beautiful.  Highlight of the trip for adventure was Canopy River.   We enjoyed our time so much and would do it all over again.
