Incredible Place
This is a beautiful home in a private community, with incredible views, hotel-like accommodations and the friendliest staff you could ever ask for. I need to go back there every year!! The staff and property manager in Mexico are really friendly, accommodating and understanding. This place is a dream and the pictures don’t do it justice.

Perfect Place for Family Vacation
Hacienda del Mar was the perfect place for our large family retreat! The excellent staff took care of every detail. Ernesto’s cooking made every meal a delight!

Superior
Could not have been more pleased. All aspects of the property exceeded expectations. The staff was excellent and the meals were superior. Would stay there again.
Exquisite
Hacienda Del Mar was an exquisite stay for our friend’s 50th birthday celebration. We were a group of 8 adults and 7 teens/kids. The new additions of the larger pool and casita rooms are gorgeous and were a hit with everyone in the group. All the rooms were stunningly decorated and very well appointed. I truly cannot think of an aspect of the design or layout that didn’t feel like great care and consideration had been put into it’s execution. Upon arrival we were greeted by Carlos with drinks and he helped us get settled in (which is no easy task with 7 kids in tow.) Then Chef Ernesto provided the most delightful snacks. We met Adriana, the housekeeper, who was lovely. Chef Ernesto served a birthday menu of steak with bearnaise sauce and grilled vegetables, followed by flan, and the most delicious chocolate cake. I could go on and on because 4 nights wasn’t nearly enough. The property is top notch but Carlos, Ernesto, and Adriana made this a trip our group will never forget.

Experience Amazing!
This was our first time renting a house and everyone at Hacienda del Mar made the experience amazing! The house and grounds were gorgeous, bedrooms and baths were spotless, and everything about the stay was outstanding. We are already figuring out when to return in the (hopefully) near future!

Mother Daughter Vacation
We had a total of 9 in our group, mother/daughter vacation and every single one of us enjoyed our stay at the Villa. The size of the home was perfect, beautiful, and we all loved the location. This home was in a gated community and the area was absolutely beautiful and safe. Many of us walked every day, and also walked to the private beach. The staff was out of this world, our chef Ernesto was an amazing cook and we all already miss his cooking, truly unbelievable meals! Aaron, our person who took care of us daily spoiled us all by serving all our meals daily, and making sure we were always taken care of, also making sure we all had drinks in hand. Isela also checked on us and assisted with excursion planning and transportation. Our house cleaner was awesome and made sure our rooms were perfect daily! Out of all the places I have stayed, this one was unbelievable due to the warm welcome and very caring staff, they made this entire trip (no exaggerating) here. The new pool is Amazing! I truly appreciated the kindness, and professionalism of all the staff. Thank you all for making this trip special for our trip!!!

Nothing Short of Magical!
From the moment we stepped foot onto the property, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of care from the staff. The check-in process was seamless, and we were quickly whisked away to a house like no other place we have visited before.
The Hacienda itself is a breathtaking oasis nestled along the picturesque coastline of Puerta Vallarta overlooking the Banderas Bay. The architecture exudes charm and elegance, while the lush gardens and ocean views create a serene ambiance that instantly transports you to a state of tranquility. Waking up each morning and seeing whales in the bay from our master suite was something we will never forget.
The house was nothing short of perfection. Impeccably designed with attention to every detail, it boasted modern amenities alongside traditional Mexican decor, creating a harmonious blend of comfort and culture. The plush bedding ensured a restful night’s sleep, and waking up to the smell of breakfast each morning prepared by Ernesto was something special.
Throughout our stay, we indulged in the cuisine offered by Ernesto. Each day we customized a menu based on my family’s desires. From fresh seafood to authentic Mexican dishes, each meal was customized for us and was a culinary delight.
The amenities at Hacienda del Mar are second to none. Whether lounging by the infinity pool, indulging in a rejuvenating spa treatment brought in to us, or partaking in the various activities in the city, there was never a dull moment. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, making us feel pampered and cherished throughout our entire stay. Thank you Carlos!
Overall, our time at Hacienda del Mar was nothing short of magical. We left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and utterly spoiled by the unmatched hospitality and beauty of this remarkable house. I cannot recommend it highly enough and cannot wait to return to create more cherished memories in paradise.
