From the moment we stepped foot onto the property, we were greeted with warm smiles and a genuine sense of care from the staff. The check-in process was seamless, and we were quickly whisked away to a house like no other place we have visited before.

The Hacienda itself is a breathtaking oasis nestled along the picturesque coastline of Puerta Vallarta overlooking the Banderas Bay. The architecture exudes charm and elegance, while the lush gardens and ocean views create a serene ambiance that instantly transports you to a state of tranquility. Waking up each morning and seeing whales in the bay from our master suite was something we will never forget.

The house was nothing short of perfection. Impeccably designed with attention to every detail, it boasted modern amenities alongside traditional Mexican decor, creating a harmonious blend of comfort and culture. The plush bedding ensured a restful night’s sleep, and waking up to the smell of breakfast each morning prepared by Ernesto was something special.

Throughout our stay, we indulged in the cuisine offered by Ernesto. Each day we customized a menu based on my family’s desires. From fresh seafood to authentic Mexican dishes, each meal was customized for us and was a culinary delight.

The amenities at Hacienda del Mar are second to none. Whether lounging by the infinity pool, indulging in a rejuvenating spa treatment brought in to us, or partaking in the various activities in the city, there was never a dull moment. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every need was met, making us feel pampered and cherished throughout our entire stay. Thank you Carlos!

Overall, our time at Hacienda del Mar was nothing short of magical. We left feeling rejuvenated, relaxed, and utterly spoiled by the unmatched hospitality and beauty of this remarkable house. A group of 10 of us stayed at Hacienda Del Mar to celebrate my wife’s 30th birthday and we had the most amazing experience!! The villa itself is simply breathtaking, affording guests spectacular views of the ocean everywhere you look. The pool and outdoor spaces truly transport you to a dream vacation that you simply can’t imagine until you’re there soaking in the sunshine from the pool while admiring the ocean and mountains in the distance. The staff was phenomenal and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, even going so far as to decorate the villa with birthday decor as a heartfelt surprise. The meals prepared by the chef were incredible, the round-the-clock service from the bartender and housekeeper was top-notch, and the property manager and on-site concierge were unbelievably helpful in providing information and helping us coordinate everything from groceries to airport transportation to a professional mariachi band. There is nothing about the experience that any of us would have changed and it was better than we could have ever imagined. If you’re looking to book an unforgettable Puerto Vallarta vacation for a large group in an spectacular villa with picturesque views, an incredible pool, meticulously cared for outdoor spaces, easy private beach access, and a full staff that exceeded all expectations in making our trip a complete paradise, then Hacienda Del Mar is the villa for you. This is a spectacular property, beautifully maintained.  Everything was outstanding in all areas.  They went above and beyond, tried very hard to please and always with a great attitude.  A vacation to remember.

Hacienda Del Mar did not disappoint. The staff makes this experience so wonderful. Ernesto, Carlos and the cleaning gal were just perfect! Anything you ask they will do. Food was delicious as usual. This was our third stay at Hacienda and we hope to go back next year! Very clean villa. Would highly recommend Hacienda Del Mar. The new additions of rooms and pool are just fantastic. We really enjoyed ourselves. Amenities are many!! We love Hacienda Del Mar!!
